Using the Point of Sale/Ticket Screen

To start a new ticket, tap Point of Sale on the POS Home screen to display the Ticket screen.

 If you have a ticket in progress, that ticket appears when you tap Point of Sale.

From the Ticket screen, you can perform the following functions:

• Working with Items

• Working with Customers

• Recalling/Reprinting a Receipt

• Enter Payments

• Add a Tip to a Sale

• Print a Receipt

• Send a Receipt via email

• Clearing a Ticket

• Recall/Re-send a Receipt

• Perform a "No Sale" (Open the Cash Drawer)

• Put a Sale on Hold
