Sending a Receipt via Email

When you complete a sale, the Receipt window appears, allowing you to print the receipt or send it to the customer via e-mail.

The emailing receipt procedure changes based on whether or not you have the Table Assignment feature turned on and whether or not you have already selected a customer for the ticket.

Table Assignment Feature Turned On

  • If you have selected a customer to the ticket:

  1. Select a table or tap Skip.  The customer's name will be shown below the Change due area.

  2. Tap Email receipt.

  • If you have not already assigned a customer to the ticket:

  1. Search for the customer, enter a new customer, or tap Skip.

  2. Select a table or tap Skip.

  3. Tap Email receipt.

Table Assignment Feature Turned Off

  • If you have selected a customer to the ticket:

  1. The customer's name will be shown below the Change due area.

  2. Tap Email receipt.

  • If you have not already assigned a customer to the ticket:

  1. Search for the customer or enter a new customer.

  2. Tap Email receipt.
