To access the POS app Home screen, tap on the Ticket screen.
From the Home screen, you can access Point of Sale, Item Lookup, and Customer Lookup functions, review settings and session details, change selling locations, connect to the Back Office to manage your store, log out of the POS, and access this Help system.
Tap to display the Settings screen.
Tap to display session details.
Tap to the right of Selling location on the session Details screen to change selling locations if you sell from multiple locations.
Check your internet access by looking at the connection icon or at the top of the screen.
Tap Point of Sale to start a ticket.
Tap Other functions and then tap:
Tap Item Lookup to find an item.
Tap Customer Lookup to find a customer record or enter a new one.
Tap Time Clock to view view today's time clock activity.
Tap Logout to log out of the POS app.
Tap Back Office to manage your store. (authorized users only).
