Device Activity Report



The Device Activity report makes it easy for businesses with multiple POS devices to view the activity for each device. All store employees should log in to the POS app using their individual PIN.  This way, the Device Activity report will accurately reflect activity at the device level.

User-added image

  1. Select RESULTS > REPORTS > Device Activity.

  2. Select your date range.

  3. Select User-added image.

This report shows you:

  • The POS device name (identified as STATION NAME on the My Devices screen)

  • Gross sales made on the POS device broken down by price overrides, discounts, net sales, and average sales

  • Total number of transactions made on the POS device

  • Number of clears made on the POS device
