Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for any other reason, follow the steps below:

• Go to your back office login page at: http://mystore.ncrsilver.com
• Type in your username and click on Forgot Password.

• Click on Reset.

• You will receive an email with a temporary (case sensitive) password.
• Go back to your login page and enter your username and temporary password.
• You will then be prompted to enter a new permanent password.
