Guest Counting
The Back Office allows you to select the guest counting method so that you can accurately tack your store traffic. To edit the method:
Quick Service Methods: 1 per transaction (default), by item or by POS prompt
Table Service Methods: By occupied seat (default), by item or by POS prompt.
Note: If you select by item, you can assign the count value in the item details of your menu.
The Back Office allows you to select the guest counting method so that you can accurately tack your store traffic. To edit the method:
- Log into the back office
- Click on settings
- Click on store
- Click store options on the left hand menu
- Scroll to the guest count method section and select the desired method.
