Problem/Scenario:  Time Clock report in Back Office is displaying multiple duplicates for more than one user.

Symptoms to identify issue: Time Clock Duplicating user(s); Most clock-in or clock-out times are showing as missing.

Resolution: 
Use escalation template to send this incident to Incident Management Team. They will review and send to development for removal of all duplicates. There is no need for merchant/support specialist to manually remove.
