Problem/Scenario: Customer is having trouble accessing the Back Office on a mobile device.

Symptoms to identify issue: Android, iPhone or iPad-If you try to access the mobile site of Back Office, it won’t load. It will just appear as a blank white screen.

Resolution: 
The best way to access Back Office is on a laptop or desktop computer or if they access the Desktop Site from their Mobile Device, Back Office will load.
