POS App Reports: Offline Credit

Users with the proper permission can access an Offline Credit report on the POS. To access the report:

1. Open the POS Slide-Out Menu by tapping the three lines in the top left corner.
2. Tap Reports.
3. Tap Offline Credit.

This report shows the pending Offline Credit transactions that will attempt to process when your system's connection is restored.

Once your system has reconnected and tried to process your offline transactions, some credit gateways support the ability to Retry a transaction if it failed to process initially.   If it continues to not process, you can Delete the transaction to remove it from the system.  For credit gateways that support this feature, the Offline Credit report will look like the report below after reconnecting.
