In some cases, an employee may be required to clear a sale to start a new ticket. You can restrict the ability to complete clear tickets based on user role. Follow these steps to clear the current ticket/sale:
Do one of the following:
iPad Users: Tap Clear ticket at the bottom of the Ticket screen.
iPhone/iPod Touch Users: Tap the button near the bottom-left corner of the Ticket screen and then tap Void ticket.
Tap Yes to confirm clearing the ticket.
