Problems with your hardware?
Contact Customer Care at 1-877-270-3475 and tell us about your problem with the hardware. Our Customer Care team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If troubleshooting reveals a problem with the device that cannot be corrected, then, depending on your subscription type and the status of your account, we will replace hardware you purchased from NCR for free. However, if you do not have a subscription type that includes free hardware replacement and/or your account is not current, you will need to purchase replacement hardware.
If you request new hardware before 6:00 P.M. EST we will ship the replacement hardware the same day for next business day delivery.*
If you request new hardware after 6:00 P.M. EST, we will ship replacement hardware the next day for next business day delivery.*
* Credit Card Readers (MSRs) will be shipped for next calendar day delivery.
When you receive your replacement hardware, simply pack up your old hardware using the box and packaging from your new replacement item. The carrier will make three attempts to pick up your item for free return shipping. After that, you will be responsible for arranging shipment back to us at your own expense.
We know you're busy, but timing is important to this process. To ensure you are not charged for your replacement hardware, you must complete this process within 60 days of when we ship your replacement hardware, or we will charge your current payment method you use to pay your monthly subscription.
