You may decide to deactivate the survey message and code for a period of time. You can do so without deleting your survey settings.
  1. Select CUSTOMERS > SURVEY.
  2. Click OFF to deactivate the customer survey message and code. A Turn Off Survey Program prompt appears.
  3. Click OK.
To reactivate the survey feature, access CUSTOMERS > SURVEY and click ON.
