Problem/Scenario:  Customer wants to change their Selling Location-NCR Silver Basic

Symptoms to identify issue: They sometimes go to Trade Shows that have a different Tax than their original location. They have updated the taxes in Back Office and now need to change it at the Point of Sale.

Resolution: 
Make sure customer is at the Point of sale.
  • Have them enter their PIN # and this should take them to the Home Screen of the NCR Silver App.
  • They will then need to tap the green “i” button.

  • Selling locations window will pop up. Select location for particular event.
