Problem/Scenario:  Customer wants to remove a customer category they no longer use.

Resolution: 
  1. Go into the Back Office and check that there are no customers still linked to that category > Customer Tab >
    Customers

  1. Select a customer then select Customer Category.

​It will populate the Customer Category Setup Screen. You can use this to review your customer categories and change the names or remove them.
