The Employee Activity report enables you to review the sales activity for each employee. Use the report to identify employees with exceptional sales activity, and to check for any unusual activity, such as excessive discounts or refunds. You view the gross sales entered by employee, the number and amount of discounts and refunds, the number of sales, the average sales per transaction, and more.

1HeaderHeader includes:
 
  • The name and address of the store.
  • The selected time period for the report.
  • The name of the report.
2Employee NameThe name of the employee.
3Gross SalesThe total amount of gross sales entered by the employee.
4Discounts & PromotionsThe total number of discounts and promotions the total amount of those discounts and promotions entered by the employee.
5RefundsThe total number of refunds and the total amount of those refunds entered by the employee.
6Inclusive TaxesThe sum total of inclusive taxes entered by the employee.
7Net SalesThe Net Sales section includes:
 
  • The total amount of net sales entered by the employee.
  • The total number of tickets entered by the employee.
  • The average ticket amount per sales. The system calculates the average as net sales divided by the number of transactions.
8Voids and ClearsThe total number and amount of voids and clears entered by the employee.
9TotalsThe totals for each column.
