A POS user must be assigned to a user role that has been granted access to the Category/Item Management feature to add a new category in the POS app.

To add a new category in the POS:
Scroll to the last page/screen of categories (using the small "dots") at the bottom of the screen.
Tap .
Enter a Name of up to 10 characters for the new category.
The system will automatically assign a color to your new category. You can change the color in the Back Office. |
