Store-Specific Pricing for Multi-Store Customers

By default, the items in your multi-store account are flagged as available for sale at each of your stores and will have the same price at each of your stores.  However, you can override the price of items for your multi-store account.  To do this:
  1. Select the store where you need to assign a different price to the item.

  2. Select INVENTORY > CATEGORIES & ITEMS.
  3. Select the item to edit.

  4. Click inside the Sales Price field and enter the store's price for that item.

  1. ​Click Save.

Viewing Price Overrides for a Multi-store Account

When in Company View, you quickly can see which items have been assigned store-specific pricing by selecting the category first.  Any items that have unique store pricing will show the original company price for the items with the word, Overrides, underneath the original price in the PRICE column as shown below.

To view the store-specific price for the item, click on Overrides.  The system will display a popup window that shows the store-specific price for the item as shown below.

Note: You can also use the Bulk Price Change tool located on the Inventory page to make multiple overrides at once. To do this, click the Bulk Price Change button, download the template, input your price overrides, then import it into the tool.

Removing Store-Specific Pricing for a Multi-store Account

To remove store-specific pricing for an item and revert back to the Company price:

 

  1. Select INVENTORY > CATEGORIES & ITEMS.
  2. Select the item to edit.

  1. Click the User-added image in the Sales Price field.  The system will replace the price with the Company price.
  2. Click Save to save your changes.​
