Removing an Item from a Sale

Using an iPad

There are several ways to remove an item from a sale on an iPad:

  • Tap and swipe the item line, and then tap Delete, or

If you have any modifiers set up in the Back Office, the system will automatically display the Modify Item screen. Tap More Functions to view the item's details screen.

 

  • Tap the number in the white box to the left of the item's name and tap 0 (zero) on the numeric keypad and tap Done, or

  • Tap the item line and reduce the quantity to 0 (zero).  When the item's quantity is zero, the item is removed from the ticket, or

  • Tap the item line and tap Delete line.

Using an iPhone/iPod Touch?

To remove an item from a sale:

  • On the Ticket screen, swipe the ticket line for the item, and then tap Delete, or

  • Tap the line item button and then tap Delete line.  If you have any modifiers set up in the Back Office, the system will automatically display the Modify Item screen.  Tap More Functions to view the item's details screen.
