Changing an Item's Variations
You are prompted to select an item’s variations (such as color, size, size, pattern, etc.) when it is added to a ticket. If you need to select a different variation than the original selection:
If you are using an iPhone:
You are prompted to select an item’s variations (such as color, size, size, pattern, etc.) when it is added to a ticket. If you need to select a different variation than the original selection:
- From the Ticket Entry screen, tap the item line to view the additional item tabs.
- Tap the Variations tab and select the desired variation.
- Tap close.
If you are using an iPhone:
- Tap the item line from the ticket screen.
- Tap Edit Variation and select the desired Variation.
- Tap Done.
