To view a list of all of your customers, select CUSTOMERS > CUSTOMERS.
Click the Get Customer List Report at the top of this screen to view the same information in a printable/exportable grid.
To search for a customer, enter the customer’s name, category, phone number, or email address and click .
To add a customer, click the Add a Customer button.
To edit a customer, click the Edit Customer button.
To import an existing list of customers, click the Import Customers button and follow the instructions on the screen.
To export a list of your customers, click the Get Customer List Report button.
You can click on any of the column headings to sort your customer list.
If any of your customers’ email addresses are shown in a red font, this means that the system has attempted to email the customer at that email address, but the email was returned as an invalid or incorrect email address. Additionally, the date that we determined the email address was invalid is shown in the Invalid Date column.
The process that checks the validity of email addresses runs once every day. So, if you correct a customer's email address, it may continue to display in red font until the next day.
