Tap the App Store icon on your POS device’s home screen.
Tap the Search bar, enter NCR Silver, and tap Search.
Tap the results to view the POS app's page.
Tap the INSTALL button for the POS app.
If the Sign In prompt appears, tap Use Existing Account and enter the email address for your Apple ID. (visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203993 to get help with your Apple ID).
Enter the password for your Apple ID and tap OK.
When the installation is finished, the POS app icon will appear on the home screen of your POS device.
Tap the POS app icon on your POS device to start the POS app.
Tap Next on the Welcome screen.
Your username and password are provided via email by NCR Silver Customer Care.Enter your Back Office User Name and Password, and then tap the station name you want to use to complete the activation process.
Log in to the POS app using your PIN. The POS app will then begin a sync process with the Back Office. Once this completes, you are ready to start using the system.
Your pre-set POS PIN is the last four digits of your Customer Account Number (shown in your New Account/Welcome email message). You can also change it on the EMPLOYEES screen.
