Device List Report in NCR Silver


The Device list report allow you to see the details of each device that has been activated on your NCR Silver subscription. This report gives you an easy look at the names and software versions running on your devices, which can be important, for example, if an upcoming release requires you to update your software or operating system.
To access this report:
  1. Log into mystore.ncrsilver.com

  2. Click the Results tab

  3. At the bottom left of the side menu, click Devices under the list heading

  4. You will see:

    • Device Name: Name of the device in the actual device settings

    • Station Name: The name given to the device in the NCR Silver Back office. This is changed in the My Account> My Devices section of your profile

    • App Version: Which version of NCR Silver software is downloaded

    • Model: The model information of the device, such as iPad

    • OS: The operating system and version running on the tablet

  5. To export the list, select the file type and click Export
