IMPORTANT:  Only one printer can be powered on at a time during setup.  Also, due to the nature of Bluetooth, multiple Bluetooth printers can be connected to one device, but multiple devices cannot be connected to the same Bluetooth printer.

Try this first:

On the POS device, go to the “home” screen by clicking the Home button, then tap the Settings app, and then tap Bluetooth.

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is set to On.

  2. Look for the mobile printer (SPP-R200II) and verify that shows as Connected.  If it does not, tap the device name to connect.

If that didn't solve the problem, try this next:

  1. Ensure all other POS app printers are off.

  2. On the POS device, go to the “home” screen by clicking the Home button, then tap the Settings app, and then tap Bluetooth.

  3. Look for the printer (SRP-350IIOBE ) and tap User-added image and then tap Forget this Device.

  4. Log in to the POS app, tap the User-added image icon and tap Configure printers.

  5. Swipe the printer's name and tap Delete.

  6. On the POS device, go to the “home” screen by clicking the Home button, then tap the Settings app, and then tap Bluetooth.

  7. Look for the printer (SRP-350IIOBE ) and tap it.  Enter the PIN (0000) and tap Pair to pair the printer to the POS device.

  8. Log in to the POS app, tap the User-added image icon and then tap Configure printers.

  9. Tap Find new printer and tap Bluetooth.

If this didn't solve the problem, you can try the Mobile Bluetooth Printer Advanced Troubleshooting or you can contact Customer Care.
