| Description | For Aloha Stored Value gift cards, use the Card Lookup feature in Aloha Enterprise to search for a card, check the current card balance, and to print a card history. You can also check a card balance in the POS app.

In Aloha Enterprise, select Aloha Stored Valued > Card Lookup. The Welcome to the Aloha Stored Value Card Lookup screen appears.

Type the card number to look up and click View. The system displays the current card balance and the card history.

Optionally, click the printer icon, select a printer, and click Print to print the card history for the card.
