Clearing a Ticket

In some cases, an employee may be required to clear a sale to start a new ticket. Employees must have Void Ticket user role permissions on the POS to clear a ticket. Follow these steps to clear the current ticket/sale:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • iPad Users:  Tap Clear ticket at the bottom of the Ticket  screen.

    • iPhone/iPod Touch Users:  Tap the User-added image  button near the bottom-left corner of the Ticket screen and then tap Void ticket.

  1. Tap Yes to confirm clearing the ticket.
