This topic contains advanced troubleshooting information for the Mobile Bluetooth Printer.  If you are not comfortable using these instructions, please call Customer Care for guided assistance.

Label Printing Mode

When you press the feed button, is the printer feeding a large amount of paper with nothing printed on it?  This means your printer has somehow made it into the "Label Printing Mode".  We do not support this mode.

To get out of Label Printing Mode:

  1. Turn the printer on.

  2. Press and hold the feed button until you hear a beep and see the status light intermittently flash green.

Entering into Label Printing Mode (NOT Supported):

  1. Power on the printer.

  2. Open paper cover (i.e. lid).

  3. Press and hold the feed button until you hear a beep (a high-to-low chime).  The printer's status light will intermittently flash green.

Android Mode

Are you unable to pair the mobile printer to your iOS device?  This means your printer may be in Android mode.

To get out of Android mode:

  1. Open the printer's lid.

  2. Press and hold the power button and feed button at the same time until it beeps.

  3. Close the lid. The printer will print a printer status message.

  • If the printout shows iOS mode, and you still cannot pair the printer to your iOS device, please contact Customer Care.

  • If the printout shows Android mode, repeat steps 1 through 3 to put it back in iOS mode.
