Use ‘Customer prompt’ to remind you to assign a customer to a guest check when closing a guest check, which can be a great way to collect customer information and build your marketing list.
 
Customer Prompt Configuration

 
At the Settings screen in the POS app, under ‘CHECK CLOSE OPTIONS,’ swipe the Customer prompt button to the right to activate the prompt for a customer. By default, NCR Silver Pro Restaurant disables the option.
