With NCR Silver Pro Restaurant you can market your restaurant through Facebook and Twitter. Add your Facebook and Twitter links to email messages you send and auto-post your bulk email campaigns to your Facebook page. Social Sharing is easy to set up and easy to use. You configure Social Sharing settings in Silver Back Office.

To include links to your social media sites in the footer of your email messages:
 
  1. In Silver Back Office, select Customers > Social.
  2. Under ‘Social Media—Follow Us,’ click the Facebook box and enter the link for your restaurant Facebook page.
  3. Click the Twitter box and enter the link for your restaurant Twitter page.
  4. Click the Instagram box and enter the link to your restaurant Instagram page.
  5. Click Save.

To auto-post your bulk emails to your Facebook page:

 
  1. In Silver Back Office, select Customers > Social.
  2. Under ‘Social Media—Post,’ click Connect to Facebook. The system opens Facebook in a new Web browser.
  3. Click Okay at each prompt to authorize NCR Silver with your Facebook account. After the last Facebook prompt, the new Web browser closes, and returns you to Silver Back Office.

Note: It may be necessary for you to log in to your Facebook account before you can authorize NCR Silver to post your email messages to your Facebook page.
  1.  At the Connect to Facebook prompt, click Continue.
  2. Confirm the Facebook page to which you want NCR Silver Pro to post, and click Continue.
  3. Click Save and exit the Social function.
