To get started marketing to your customers, select CUSTOMERS > EMAIL MARKETING. From this screen you can access all the marketing options that our system has for you.
Bulk Email: These are marketing messages to your customer base.
Recurring emails: These emails are sent out at specified times or on a regular basis, like receipts, welcome or miss you emails.

Bulk Email Campaigns are limited to 2,500 contacts at a time. We suggest using categories for your customers to help create targeted email campaigns. See the links below for more information. If the customer selection is not made, the system will default to the 2,500 most recent customers.
We offer a Spam Checker to help get your emails to your customers. If your marketing email gets tagged by your customers as spam, it will not ever make it into the email Inbox.
The spam checker checks your email for keywords or formatting that could trigger spam filtering. Each trigger has an associated point value associated with it that we use to calculate a spam score for your email message that allows us to let you know if your marketing email has a low, medium, or high risk of being tagged as spam. We will identify areas of your email that are likely to be caught by spam filters, so that you can make the changes to ensure your email actually reaches your customers. If your email returns a high spam score, the system will not send the email until you make changes.
